Booking Policy:
- To embark on the sacred journey with Bushra Haj Service, kindly provide your Full Name, Date of Birth, Communication Address, Mobile Numbers, Email ID, and Bank details.
- Submit your Scanned Passport Copy with four Indian Passport Size Photos featuring a White Background.
- Include a copy of your Aadhar Card (Front & Back), PAN Card, and proof of vaccination for two doses.
- Ensure Aadhar and PAN cards are linked.
- Complete the application form on our website, bushrahajservice.com.
- An enrolment fee of Rs 5,000/- is non-refundable.
Package Includes:
- Economy Class Air Ticket
- Full board accommodation as mentioned or similar
- Tents in Mina & Arafat
- Internal Transportation by AC Bus in Groups Provided by Moallim
- Daily Meals – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Package Excludes:
- Qurbani and any other personal expenses.
- Additional Umrah expenses.
- Extra Luggage other than mentioned on the Air-ticket
- Transportation from Muzdalifa to Mina
- Transportation from Mina to Makkah.
- Transportation between Haram and shifting hotel.
- Individual transfers from Airport to Hotel or vice-versa.
- Any additional food ordered in hotels, laundry services, and minibar items.
- Room Service.
- Any other new rules and regulations as per the Saudi Government
Cancellation Policy:
- The enrolment fee of Rs. 5000/- per passenger is non-refundable.
- 50% of the tour cost per passenger is refundable if cancelled before 2 months of the departure.
- No refund is available if cancelled within one month before the departure
Eligibility criteria:
According to general Saudi guidelines, individuals wishing to perform Hajj must meet specific criteria across various aspects, including financial stability, physical health, behavioral integrity, and mental fitness.
Age Criteria:
Applicants aged 65 or above, or those with health concerns, are required to travel with a companion. The companion must be a close blood relative, such as a husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandson, granddaughter, nephew, or niece.

Here’s the updated information in a new ordered list format:
- All bookings are tentative, ensuring flexibility and subject to the allocation of the Hajj Quota. Final confirmations will follow the allocation from the Government of India.
- Prices are once fixed and non-negotiable. All prices quoted are per person based on 1 SAR equivalent to Rs. (Market rate applicable) or lower and economy ticket average price at Rs. 85,000; any fluctuation will be paid by the pilgrim. The SAR and INR component in the package shall be advised at the time of booking.
- Anticipate an increment of 7 to 15% in the package price.
- Stay informed about applicable GST @5% & TCS @5 and 20%, levied separately above the package cost.
- Stated dates and itineraries are provisional and may vary slightly due to the Hijri calendar, flight allotment, etc.
- In the event of changes, rest assured – accommodation will be provided at any available hotel, maintaining the quality promised.
- Services in Mina and Arafat are governed by the Saudi Government, subject to change without prior notice.
- Be prepared for the unexpected; services like tent locations, A/C availability, and amenities may be adjusted even on the day of your stay in Mina by the Saudi government.
- Mina tent categories may change subject to availability without prior notice. Any difference in choosing C/D category tent will be refunded. A and B category tents are not guaranteed.
- Room Check-In is 17:00 hrs and Check-Out is 11:00 hrs.
- Rooms in Makkah & Madinah hotels are double beds only, with additional beds or cots adjusted in the same room to make triple and quad rooms.
- Room sharing in Aziziya/shifting is 4-6 sharing only. No double or triple sharing will be provided in Aziziya.
- Ladies and gents will have separate rooms in Aziziya.
- Room allotment is managed by hotels. No choice of room will be entertained.
- All packages are based on city/courtyard view room in Makkah & Madinah. Haram/Kabbah View rooms will be charged additionally and are subject to hotel’s availability.
- All services are from Madinah/Jeddah to Jeddah/Madinah airport.
- Reporting time for Haj flights, Indian airport is 5 hours before the flight departure and for Saudi airport is 10 hours before flight departure.
- Indulge in Full board Indian/Continental/International buffets at Swissotel & Dallah Taibah, and relish Indian Catering/International/Continental Buffets in Aziziya.
- Your understanding of potential delays at Saudi airports is appreciated. Please note that immigration, baggage, customs, and bus timing delays are influenced by Saudi government factors. Carry food/snacks is advisable for comfort. While transportation to the hotel is managed by Saudi authorities, delays may occur beyond our control. Your preparedness and patience contribute to a smoother travel experience.
- Bus services in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa are provided by the Saudi government, though we are arranging special buses for the pilgrims, but it is subject to Saudi government approval.
- Transport between Makkah, Madinah and Airports will be in a group bus provided by Saudi Government authorities.
- Complimentary Zam Zam will be given if accepted by the airlines at the Saudi airport.
- Book the appointment well in advance for your visit to Riyalul Jannah before your trip to Madina.
- All other complimentary services are not guaranteed.
- Any person using foul language or obstructing the tour may lead to legal consequences as per Saudi law.
- Submit your original passport within 3 working days by the given deadline dates.
- Once the tour dates are fixed, the tour program is sent to the Ministry of Haj, and extensions or changes are not feasible.
- Mode of payment is cheque or bank transfer, favoring Bushra Haj Service.
- Subject to BTQ passengers only.
- Subject to Chennai Jurisdiction only.
